One of my life goals is to be crafty. I envy those people who are artistic and creative naturally. I have tried to be crafty in the past with a few successes but mostly failures. For the last couple of weeks I have been looking for baby room decor. I have a vision in my head.. but I can't seem to find exactly what I want or when I do find the perfect piece of art it costs WAY to much. so needless to say I have become very frustrated. I feel like such a slacker. We have a baby room with a dresser that needs to be painted, an empty book shelf and a crib and mattress with no bedding :( why? Because I can't find reasonably priced baby decorations. I have decided to stop being anxious and frustrated and do something about it! I have been searching DIY websites for ideas on inexpensive ways to make baby decorations. I finally think I found what I am looking for. a huge sigh of relief! I am going to start working on these projects soon.. maybe even tomorrow!!
I am sure I will have to redo many of these projects until they look acceptable. Stay tuned for picture of the final project!

Miss Samantha... A lot of this stuff is what Baby SHowers are for(ya know, besides the diapers and bottles, etc)...
no, no ,no Lauren.. It is stuff for my walls... Art works and shelves and jazz. I don't think those are baby shower type gifts, but maybe! :) Anyway, I want it done soon so I can't wait for baby showers!
I think anything can be a baby shower gift! Why not get fun stuff along with all the necessary stuff?!
